<span class="text"><font color="#eeeeee" class="text"> <p> <span style="color:#ffff99;"><strong>ABOUT THE ARTIST</strong></span></p> <hr /> <p> I became interested in photography in 1978 having purchased my first camera, a Canon SLR. I did not know how operate it, or know any of the basic skills.</p> <p> In 1980 I enrolled in a beginners photography class at the New School. I was hooked immediately after taking and developing my first roll of film.</p> <p> The learning curve and the challenge to excel in the art has never ceased to intrigue me. After 26 years utilizing film and Darkroom, I embarked on the journey of learning how to capture images digitally and now can present them in mediums of color or monochrome.</p> <p> The voyage of learning and discovery is never ending.</p> <p> I have been photographing and producing Black & White images for nearly 26 years. During that time I have been in many Juried exhibitions receiving Jurors' Awards as well as having many single and joint exhibitions in various galleries and venues. The Bibliotheque Nationale de France has archived 3 of my prints. I am also in the collection of the New York Historical Socety.</p> <p> Most of the images in these albums have been captured digitally.
